We offer detailed roof inspection reports at Academy Roofing. As experienced roofing inspectors, we inspect the roof and issue a report which indicates:
- Condition of roofing system
- Condition of roofing materials (underlayment, shingles and shingle accessories)
- Condition of drains, downspouts, and gutters
- Condition of metal flashings around roof penetrations, chimneys, vents, and valleys
We will provide a detailed inspection report and photos along with your proposal for roof repairs. If you have requested pricing for a Roof Certification, that will also be included as an option on the proposal.
